What is Debian Linux server?
Debian is a Linux distribution composed of free and open-source software, developed by the community-supported Debian Project, which was established by Ian Murdock on August 16, 1993. The Debian Stable branch is the most popular edition for personal computers and servers.
Requirements:
- A computer (not your main computer as it is going to be used as a server) Also check required specs at debian.org
- a USB stick
- Have a bit of experience with command line.
Downloading the Debian iso.
To download the debian iso file head to https://www.debian.org/distrib/netinst
After that, download the iso according to your needs
